Thailand Builders - Surin

My name is ‘Alan the Builder’ and I am based in Surin, North East Thailand. We have been trading in Thailand for nine years building quality homes here and previously in several other countries (Thailand, UK., Germany, USA and Spain). I have twenty six years experience in Building and Property Development.

Here in Thailand, were I have now settled, we have two teams of between ten and twelve full time workers. One team concentrates on Houses in and around Surin Province, the other has travelled as far as Koh Samui and Phuket. Much of our work is done within Isaan Region unless it is a large project.

Within my company, we have two Foreman and one has built Government Buildings. Hospitals, Hotels, Universities and Schools within Bangkok. In saying that, we are not a big fancy (and expensive) company but a family business who are used to building Two Houses at any one time.

It is very important to me that our Clients are comfortable with us and vice versa, after all we are building your Home and not just a house!

I personally oversee all the work we commit to, with regular site visits. We like to guarantee quality to a high standard of workmanship and that is the main reason we do not take on more houses than we can comfortably deal with. We work very closely with our clients from the initial design to the final touches. Sometimes our clients are out of the country during the build and I keep my client updated via phone calls or e-mail, sending weekly progress reports through the Internet. You will find us to be very accommodating and patient to work with.
